Our kittens are sold under contract. NO kitten will be sold with breeding rights. And NO kitten will leave before 12 weeks of age,  Kittens will go to their new homes after desexing and vaccinations.

CONDITIONS.

1. This kitten is sold on the condition that it will be kept indoors and/or outdoors only under supervision.

  2. The kitten is sold as a pet only. No Thai-Mese kitten will be sold with breeding rights. All kittens will be neutered/spayed (12 weeks) prior to placement in their new home. All kittens will have their first TWO vaccinations, (6 & 12 weeks) and be wormed and flea treated. 

  3. This kitten will be given veterinary attention as required for life, at the cost of the purchaser, including yearly vaccinations, and parasite control. If the kitten is found to be neglected, or mistreated, in any way,  it will be surrendered unconditionally to the breeder, with out refund of costs. Any veterinary attention required due to mistreatment or neglect will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES  will the kitten be declawed !!

  4. The kitten will not be destroyed, or rehomed with out prior notice to the breeder, the breeder is to be given first option for rehoming. The kitten will not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, welfare or research organizations.

  5.Your kitten is sold to you with a health guarantee for a period of 7 days, provided the kitten is examined by a vet during this time. If the kitten is found to have an untreatable or life threatening illness, the breeder must be notified immediately. The kitten will be returned to the breeder and a replacement kitten of equal value will be provided. The seller has 12 months to provide a replacement if a satisfactory kitten is unavailable at the time.

The kitten can not be returned once the guarantee period has expired, nor if it has been exposed to any unvaccinated cats.

The kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for a period of 12 months, should the kitten prove to have such a defect or die due to same, a replacement kitten to the same value or refund will be provided, once a veterinary certificate has been sighted by the breeder.

When a kitten has been agreed on, and a deposit paid, please print off two copies of the contract, fill in your details and sign BOTH copies and mail them  to me. I will return them completed when you collect your kitten, with any other relevant paper work.
